What grade of oil do you guys recommend running on a ep3 or k20a2 engine? Im planning to do a mini service, looking through my honda service history its always been ran on semi synthetic 10w40 from honda , i was under the impression k20's were suited to 5w40? The K20 engine is a wonderful one anyway, but this ECU truely unmasks it's true capablities and the Vtec window is nothing short of genius. It really does transform the car, figures I have read quote 25-30BHP more from 4000-6000 RPM and 10BHP peak gain, regardless of the pub talk, it feels a much more rapid machine.
